Sarkes Tarzian, Inc. d/b/a ST Digital Solutions (“ST Digital,” “us,” “we,” or “our”) values your privacy and wants you to be familiar with how we collect, use and disclose information in relation to the Services that we provide.

This Privacy Policy describes the types of Personal Information we may collect through:

By using ST Digital’s Services, you consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy regarding the collection, use, disclosure and disposal of your Personal Information. This Website and ST Digital’s Services are designed and targeted to United States audiences and are governed by and operated in accordance with the laws of the U.S. If you are not a

U.S. citizen or do not reside in the U.S., you voluntarily consent to the collection, transfer, use, disclosure and retention of your information in the U.S. You agree to waive any claims that may arise under your own national laws.

ST Digital Solutions customers’ use of the Personal Information that we collect through the Services is subject to their own privacy practices. This privacy policy only governs our collection and use of your Personal Information while you use our Services and the features and functionality made available to you on or through our Services

Your California Privacy Rights

Generally, California residents are entitled by law to ask ST Digital for free information twice a year identifying the categories of Personal Information which ST Digital shares with its affiliates and/or third parties for their marketing purposes the preceding year, and to provide contact information for such affiliates and/or third parties unless ST Digital meets certain exceptions in the law. This Privacy Policy qualifies for the exception to those requirements. Therefore, if you reside in California and you have an established business relationship with ST Digital, you may request information about ST Digital’s opt-out and opt-in policies of sharing your Personal Information with other companies (including our affiliates) for their marketing purposes.      • Pixel tags. Pixel tags (also known as web beacons and clear GIFs) may be used to, among other things, track the actions of users of the Services (including email recipients), measure the success of our marketing campaigns, and compile statistics about usage of the Services and response rates.
     • Analytics. We use Google Analytics, which uses cookies and similar technologies to collect and analyze information about use of the Services and report on activities and trends. 1. • • Invisible reCAPTCHA. We use Google’s invisible reCAPTCHA application on our Services to protect against spam and other automated abuse. The reCAPTCHA tool may make use of cookies, as well as other information like IP address, date, time, language, screen size and resolution, and mouse movements.    • Physical Location.
     • We may collect general, region-level information on the location of your device through Google Analytics.

3. Use of Personal Information for Marketing and Advertising Purposes

ST Digital may use your Personal Information to send marketing and advertising messages related to our own Services and Website that may be of interest using your email address, postal address, or telephone number (for voice, texts, automated and pre-recorded calls). We may use the information we have collected from you to enable us to display advertisements to our advertisers’ target audiences. Even though we do not disclose your personal information for these purposes without your consent, if you click on or otherwise interact with an advertisement, the advertiser may assume that you meet its target criteria. ST Digital may deliver a marketing or advertising message based on your visits to ST Digital’s Website, which will be general advertising or “Contextual Advertising,” which is advertising based on the subject matter or the content of the specific website page or subject matter.

ST Digital may also send you “First Party Advertising,” which is advertising or marketing that is customized or personalized based on a history of your use of our Services (possibly combined with information from our Facebook page or other social network platforms). First Party Advertising is based solely on a combination of information ST Digital collects from you – not from your visits to other websites across the Internet. You may opt-out of First Party Advertising but not Contextual Advertising. No Personal Information is used to deliver Contextual Advertising; it automatically will appear based on the content or webpage you are viewing. And You may continue to receive general advertising if You opt-out of First Party Advertising, it will not be customized or personalized for you.

ST Digital does not provide third party “Network Advertising,” which is advertising based on your overall Internet usage across different third-party websites or online services. Multiple third-party websites and online services are involved in this tailored or personalized advertising process, in essence a “network” of advertising providers. Because ST Digital does not provide network ads, ST Digital does not recognize the “Do Not Track” settings on various Internet browsers. ST Digital does not engage or allow third parties to track you across the Internet and across time for advertising purposes.

4. Links to Third Party Websites and Services

The ST Digital Website and Social Media Pages may contain a variety of content and functionality and provide links to other third-party websites or online services. Despite such links, this Privacy Policy applies only to ST Digital and our affiliates. The presence of a link does not constitute or imply ST Digital’s endorsement, recommendation, or sponsorship of the content, goods, services, business or privacy practices on such websites or online services. ST Digital encourages you to be aware and informed when you leave ST Digital’s Website and ST Digital’s social media pages, or any other social networking platforms.

Some content or applications, including advertisements, on the Website are served by third- parties, including advertisers, ad networks and servers, content providers, and application providers. These third parties may use cookies alone or in conjunction with web beacons or other tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use our Website. The information they collect may be associated with your personal information or they may collect information, including personal information, about your online activities over time and across different websites and other online services. They may use this information to provide you with interest-based (behavioral) advertising or other targeted content.

We do not control these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used. 5. Disclosure of Your Personal Information to Third Parties

We may disclose aggregated information about our users and information that does not identify any individual without restriction.

ST Digital may disclose personal information that we collect, or you provide, as described in this Privacy Policy:

•To our affiliates and licensees. ST Digital relies on various affiliates and subsidiaries licensees in order to provide marketing services to you. ST Digital may share Personal Information and non-Personal Information with any of our affiliates and licensees for business, operational, promotional and/or marketing and advertising purposes related to our Services.

• To our contractors, service providers, and other third parties (“Operational Service Providers”). ST Digital contracts with other companies and people to perform tasks or services on ST Digital’s behalf and need to share your Personal Information to provide products or services to you. For example, ST Digital may use a payment processing company to receive and process your ACH or credit card transactions. ST Digital does not grant its Operational Service Providers any right to use the Personal Information ST Digital shares with them to support our business beyond what is necessary for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.
• For Business Transfers/Restructuring. Sarkes Tarzian, Inc. may choose to buy or sell assets, or Sarkes Tarzian, Inc. may sell assets or be sold. In these types of transactions, your Personal Information is typically one of the business assets that would be disclosed and transferred. If Sarkes Tarzian, Inc., or Sarkes Tarzian, Inc.’s assets are acquired, or Sarkes Tarzian, Inc. goes out of business, enters bankruptcy, or goes through some other change of control, including restructuring, re- organization or financing arrangements, Personal Information could be one of the assets disclosed, transferred to or acquired by a third party.

6. Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information

We give you choices regarding our use and disclosure of your Personal Information for marketing purposes. You may opt out from:

1. Receiving marketing-related emails from us. If you no longer want to receive marketing-related emails on a going-forward basis, you may opt out by following the unsubscribe instructions included in these emails. Please note that even if you opt out of marketing e-mails, we may continue to send you certain account-related e- mails, such as notices about your account and confirmations of transactions you have requested.
2. Receiving marketing-related text messages from us. If you no longer want to receive marketing-related text messages on a going-forward basis, you may opt out by responding to the text messages with the words “STOP,” “QUIT,” “END,” “REVOKE,” “OPT-OUT,” “CANCEL” OR “UNSUBSCRIBE.”
3. Our sharing of your Personal Information with affiliates for their direct marketing purposes. If you would prefer that we discontinue sharing your Personal Information on a going-forward basis with our affiliates for their direct marketing purposes, you may opt out of this sharing by emailing pteague@sarkestarzian.com

7. Accessing, Modifying, Correcting and/or Deleting Your Information

You can review and change your Personal Information by logging into the Website and visiting your account profile page. Generally, you may access the following Personal Information in your account:

   • Email address
   • Telephone number
   • Billing address

You may also send us an email at pteague@sarkestarzian.com to request access to, correct, or delete any Personal Information that you have provided to us. You may not delete any Personal Information that is necessary to provide and bill for Services. ST Digital may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

ST Digital may use any aggregated data derived from your Personal Information but not in a manner that would identify you personally. ST Digital may also maintain Personal Information regarding you and your Services after you are no longer an ST Digital customer as required by ST Digital’s business practices, by law, and/or tax reporting purposes. The information you can view, update, and delete may also change if required by law. 8. Retention Period

We retain Personal Information for as long as needed or permitted given the purpose(s) for which it was obtained and consistent with applicable law.

The criteria used to determine our retention periods include:

1. • The length of time we have an ongoing relationship with you and provide the Services to you (for example, for as long as you have an account with us or keep using the Services);
   • Whether there is a legal obligation to which we are subject (for example, certain laws require us to keep records of your transactions for a certain period before we can delete them); or
   • Whether retention is advisable given our legal position (such as in regard to applicable statutes of limitations, litigation or regulatory investigations).

9. Changes to Our Privacy Policy

ST Digital is constantly working to improve our Services and will need to update this Privacy Policy from time to time as ST Digital’s business practices change and service offerings increase, and/or there are changes in local, state or federal laws. ST Digital will also make stylistic, organizational and/or grammatical changes to present ST Digital privacy practices in a user friendly easy to read manner. ST Digital will alert you to any such changes by placing a notice on ST Digital’s Website with the effective date of the revised Privacy Policy, or by some other means to the extent required by law. Please note that if you have not provided ST Digital with your email address or you have not updated your contact information, those legal notices will still govern your use of the Service, and you are still responsible for reading and understanding all notices posted on ST Digital’s Website. The Services are not direct to individuals under the age of sixteen (16), and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from individuals under 16.
